The Recruitment Process
Your relationship with Proceed Technical Resources begins the moment you send us your resume. Your
technical skills, availability, location, industry preferences, and compensation requirements are reviewed
by an experienced technical recruiter and entered into our database. This helps us consider your
background for each of our assignments.
When we find a match, we contact you to describe the responsibilities, location, and length of the contract.
You'll meet with your recruiter to discuss how the opportunity meets your career goals.
We never send your resume to a client without your permission.
Your Success is Our Goal
We prepare you for a successful interview and address any questions you have about the opportunity.
If you and the client agree that the position is a good fit, we will arrange a start date and complete the
necessary paperwork.
