Full-time salaried consultants are covered 100% in employee medical and dental insurance. Similar insurance coverage is also available for people who are not full time salaried W-2 employees at competitive rates.

    Proceed offers comprehensive Medical and Dental PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Plans which give you the flexibility to choose your own physician from within or outside of the provider network.

    Proceed also offers optional vision care benefits through Vision Service Plan (VSP). VSO is a PPO Plan that offers services and benefits using doctors within or outside of the PPO network.
     

    Proceed offers group life insurance which is 100% company paid. Coverage is two times annual salary up to $150,000. The option to purchase additional life insurance is also available to employees and their dependents.
     
    Voluntary supplemental benefits are available for short-term and long-term disability insurance that can be used to complement your group insurance benefits by providing benefits for specific disabilities or illnesses. These plans are individual policies and are portable should you leave employment with Proceed.
     
    Paychecks are processed on a bi-weekly basis. You may choose from several options for receiving your paycheck:
    • Regular mail (to your home address)
    • Pick up at the Proceed main office
    • Special mail (to another specified address)
    • Direct deposit for added convenience!

     

     
    Sales Lead Bonus:
    • $500 for 1st referral
    • $700 for 2nd referral
    • $1,000 for 3rd and more referrals within a 12 month period

    Candidate Referral Bonus:
    • $500 for referrals that are placed

    Salaried and hourly consultants are eligible for insurance benefits the first day of the month following one month of full time employment. Insurance elections must be made within 30 days of your eligibility date. Eligibility to participate in the 401(k) Plan is the first day of the month following your date of hire or on the next quarterly registration/adjustment period.
     
    Hourly consultants are required to record time worked on a time slip for each work week. Fax time slips to Proceed Technical Resources at 972-599-0650 by noon on the Monday following each completed work week. Please make sure you have verified your hours and have the appropriate signatures.

    Even though your assignments may move between clients, Proceed is responsible for paying you and processing all of your tax contributions, rather than the client company at which you are working. It is our guarantee to you that you will receive a paycheck from Proceed on time, every two weeks.
