As a Proceed consultant, you represent the firm daily through direct contact with our clients. By hiring the best in the industry, we trust that you will maintain goodwill with the client. Your daily contact provides insight into the client's resource needs. Communicating these needs to your account manager creates an opportunity for you and Proceed Technical Resources Referral Program.
   
 Sales Lead Bonus
$500.00 for 1st referral
$700.00 for 2nd referral
$1,000 for 3rd and more within a 12 month period

Step 1:
Contact Proceed Technical Resources regarding an opening in an organization you are aware of.

Step 2:
Contact the hiring manager in the organization and educate him/her about Proceed Technical Resources.

Step 3:
Proceed Technical Resources successfully places a consultant with the hiring manager.

Rules:

  • Need to make direct contact with the hiring manager.
  • Provide a good description to Proceed Technical Resources account manager of the skills required for the position.
  • Facilitate and/or help Proceed Technical Resources account manager in filling the position.
  • Proceed Technical Resources account manager is not aware of the opening.
   
 Candidate Referral Bonus
$500.00 for each referral

Step 1:
Contact Proceed Technical Resources regarding an individual that you know, are familiar with his/her skill set, and can put your reputation behind this individual.

Step 2:
E-mail or fax the resume of the candidate to Proceed Technical Resources.

Rules:

  • Should know the individual personally.
  • Candidate must be someone who is not in Proceed Technical Resources database.
  • Referral bonus will be paid after Proceed Technical Resources invoices the client for at least 160 hours.
