$700.00 for 2nd referral
$1,000 for 3rd and more within a 12 month period
Step 1:
Contact Proceed Technical Resources regarding an opening in an organization you are aware of.
Step 2:
Contact the hiring manager in the organization and educate him/her about Proceed Technical Resources.
Step 3:
Proceed Technical Resources successfully places a consultant with the hiring manager.
Rules:
- Need to make direct contact with the hiring manager.
- Provide a good description to Proceed Technical Resources account manager of the skills required for the position.
- Facilitate and/or help Proceed Technical Resources account manager in filling the position.
- Proceed Technical Resources account manager is not aware of the opening.

| Candidate Referral Bonus |
$500.00 for each referral
Step 1:
Contact Proceed Technical Resources regarding an individual that you know, are familiar with his/her skill set, and can put your reputation behind this individual.
Step 2:
E-mail or fax the resume of the candidate to Proceed Technical Resources.
Rules:
- Should know the individual personally.
- Candidate must be someone who is not in Proceed Technical Resources database.
- Referral bonus will be paid after Proceed Technical Resources invoices the client for at least 160 hours.
